REVOLVE is scaleable and customizable. This means depending on the size of your organization, the software can accommodation as few as 10 users or as many as 250 plus. Then, we use your forms such as your current treatment plan and customize it into the system treatment forms. We have a team of full time developers that focus on the needs of your organization. We are committed to partnering with each of our customers. We build lasting relationships to support each organization.

4. What types of agencies use REVOLVE?

Residential Child Welfare, Human Services, Treatment Centers, Community Based Agencies, and Behavioral Health Agencies. The system is scalable for adult, children and youth.

5. What if we want new development or functionality after we roll out the system?

New development and customization can be included in the monthly maintenance and operation fee. This fee is flexible and can change as you need more or less development each month. There are no contracts to lock your agency in.

6. Does REVOLVE support Federal and state and contract outcomes?

Yes, REVOLVE supports Federal and State outcome and contract reporting and specific COA, EAGLE and JACHO sections on accreditation.

7. What if our agency has never used or had a software system?

The REVOLVE staff have extensive experience in walking staff through organizational change. We understand how stressful change can be. So, our staff have tools, resources and knowledge to effectively introduce, educate and support staff with a new software system. We provide step by step instruction on the system development and implementation. We provide training, both in house and over the web.

8. We have a growing organization. Will REVOLVE grow with us?

Yes! Because of the unique system design and the customization for each organization, REVOLVE is able to add modules as needed by an organization. In addition, the system supports in house changes by the organization system administrator.

10. What if our organization doesn’t need all of the modules?

REVOLVE is modular so the each organization can pick and choose which components they need that match their organization. With the unique security design within the system, each staff role can have individualized screens according to their job function. For example, a case manger would only see the screens they needed to work with their children and the medical Director may have access to all the residents.
