Clients that have come out of environments of abuse, neglect and/or abandonment have complex needs and require a higher level of support services. To organize and track the appointments and services the Universal Calendaring function displays staff calendars and client’s calendars. This is a useful tool in monitoring court dates, legal documents, doctor/counseling appointments and home visits.

Designed uniquely to each organizations defined roles. The Welcome page displays real time data and alerts. Staff calendars, internal messaging, and management information.

Internal Messaging

An internal tool used to send messages to other staff inside the organization. This is key to sending confidential child information inside a secure system that meets HIPPA regulations.

Electronic Incident Reporting/Tracking

The process can be initiated from any screen. Incident Reports trigger alerts to key staff which expedite the reporting process to the state. Abuse calls are tracked through Incident Reports. The search screen offers quick access to current and historical incident reports.

Training, Support, and On Line Help

On Site Training is included in the implementation of the system. The Five Points staff supports the agency through out the development and implementation process. We are your partners in achieving an effective system. The On Line Help Ticket system supports the user with online assistance. Help tickets go directly to staff within the agency and within Five Points who respond electronically.

Customized Reports

Several Reports are developed within Revolve. The reporting tool supports Basic, Canned and Ad Hoc Queries, plus state mandated contract outcomes. The agency staff defines customized queries that will be used for management purposes

Document Management

Document Management encompasses the services of tracking, auditing, and scanning documents. Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement audits and reviews access the records page to view documents, dates and compliance.
