Revolve Outcomes and Reporting
There are numerous ways and agency can implement the Revolve software. You can use Revolve for your entire agency client record, or you can just use the reporting functions in Revolve to pull data from your current software system or the State’s software system. The purpose of the Revolve outcome reporting module is to expand and improve your agency's ability to monitor performance. This module provides enhancement functionality to your existing data base for the purpose of monitoring performance related to Contract Measures and Outcomes. This enhancement module already exists and is currently in use. Please see the sample screen shot which displays the first page of the Performance Measure C1.1 Report. The reporting module includes an automated graph display to track the data over time, includes the compiled overall by Agency report, and then a breakdown by unit/location. The Report allows for "drilling down" so that with a click on a Blue Link, another screen will open up and a list of cases associated with the Report will be displayed. The module also captures historical data so that previous Fiscal Years’ data can be reviewed.
