For the past two decades, Elizabeth “Liz” VanAcker has dedicated herself to using technology solutions to help people who are serving our most vulnerable populations.
As COO at Five Points Technology Group, Liz is responsible for the growth of trusted partnerships with our existing customers and the forging of new relationships within the changing landscape of health and human services. She also manages the daily operations of customer systems, new system implementations, and operational support through the direction of technical, security, business infrastructure and resource utilization.
As project director for the Institute for Health and Human Services Research, Liz managed the administration of state and federal contracts, meeting with those responsible for the implementation of long-range social service planning in private, public and non-profit business sectors.
Liz lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with her husband and two children. When not tirelessly driving improvements to health and human service systems, Liz enjoys cheering any winning game for the Chicago Bears and Oklahoma City Thunder.
Over the past 20 years, Chris has developed his experience working in the private and public sectors. He was part of the executive management team at the Florida Department of Children and Families, serving as the acting chief information officer and director of operational support. Later, he consulted and supported the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services’ leadership team.
At Five Points, Chris is primarily responsible for cultivating new client relationships, maintaining existing client relationships, and formulating strategic partnerships with organizations centered on complete solution offerings. He manages a line of business for consulting services to private and public agencies in the health and human services industry.

For the past 20 years, Rob’s history of service and contribution through the implementation of innovative technology solutions for public sector health and human services have earned statewide recognition, including Florida’s TaxWatch Davis Productivity Award and the Intersystems Innovator Award for technical excellence.
As vice president of technical operations, Rob is responsible for daily oversight of operational infrastructure for the Five Points Technology Group’s technical team of security staff, application architects, programmers, business analysts, data analysts and quality assurance personnel. His management of technical operations includes the implementation of new and enhancement of customer information systems.

Michael has over 20 years of delivery experience in the public sector information technology industry. Michael served as the technical architect and implementation lead for several state modernization and upgrade projects of enterprise systems, including the Florida and North Carolina vendor systems, Florida and North Carolina enterprise integration systems, Florida and North Carolina SAP Ariba systems and components including buyer, analysis, and sourcing.
